Mr. Agrawal a Chartered Accountant by profession with rich Corporate Finance experience of almost 3 decades in
various organizations,
roles and places at responsible and accountable senior positions. He has had a successful track record in
Restructuring of Debts with Banks and Financial Institutions, Debt Syndication, Corporate Advisory, M&A
and Buyout Advisory and Completed assignment of launching India’s First Television Satellite Channel on Health.
Mr. Agrawal is on the Board of various companies in the Financial Sector.
Dr. Sheel Kumar Singh
Director
Sheel, is a Doctor by profession and a well known personality in the Media circles. An avid film producer and
visionary, he started and successfully built a Production company which is now on the verge of becoming a
Media behemoth, with Production Studios, Animation & Special Effects Facilities, International
Collaborations for Distribution and Production of films and Exhibition facilities under execution.
Sheel is also an avid investor in various technology startups and is one of the founder promoters of Trackon.
Mr. Jagannadham Thunuguntla, CA CWA
Director
Prior to joining SMC Capitals, where he now serves as the Head of Equity, Mr. Jagannadham Thunuguntla was with
Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for developing and implementing M&A strategies in the Banks &
Financial services' industry. He was also part of Global Capital Markets' team advising clients in equity placement
offers for capital rising; and buys backs. He has been a top performer in Chartered Accountancy and Cost
Accountancy, and was part of Indian delegation to China, Singapore and Malaysia from ICAI.

Mr. Vinod Kumar,
Managing Director & CEO.
Vinod is a manager who leads from the front. Prior to starting Trackon, he was the Director & Head of Mafatlal
Consultancy Services India ltd. Has proven negotiation skills and was instrumental in forming International
Alliances with World Leaders like Lotus Development Corporation, Executrain Corporation, New Jersey Institute of
Technology (NJIT), & International Webmasters Association. He has pitched in & executed on a plethora of
multi-million dollar projects from major international organizations like DST Systems -Kansas, Trade.com - NY,
Texaco - UK, etc. His vast experience in Software and Solutions includes negotiation and setup of Indian Joint
Ventures for Sunkyong, Dow Jones and The Reed Group. With a BE in E&TC and a MBA in finance and Marketing,
Vinod has over 14 years of international experience in the Global Management, IT Solutions & Consulting and
is also the Senior Partner at Sustainable Development of UK.
When he left MCS India Ltd in 2002 to start on his own, MCS under his leadership was a 230 people, Rs. 290
million organization with offices in the UK, Australia and a fully owned subsidiary in the US which was
taken over by ORI INC. for a reported US $ 20 Million. Vinod is also an avid investor and is on the Board of
several technologically savvy Electrical Manufacturing, Media and Publishing startups.

Mr. Ravi Misra,
Vice President
Ravi is a Senior Manager who has strong experience in Relationship Management,
Sales and Managing Technology Startups.
A commerce graduate from Delhi University, Ravi, went on to acquire a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree from the London Waterloo campus of Schiller International
University, in 1987. He then pursued and successfully completed a Masters in Business
Administration from the University of Stirling, Scotland in 1989. After working in
various positions in the UK, he headed the Client servicing department as Group Account
Manager in FS ADVERTISING, India, for four years, before being selected to join WORLDSPACE,
in the Senior Management Cadre. He was part of the core team involved in setting up and rolling
out WORLDSPACE services for 5 years till 2003. Ravi was chosen to head a GSM based media distribution,
technology startup-69mm.tv which is a Venture Capital funded company as CEO, before joining Trackon
Telematics as Head of Sales & Operations.
